Hillary Fonseca

Hillary joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2020 as Head of the Middle & Back Office Operations and Administrative Consulting Services Practice. 

Hillary has over 12 years of recruiting experience in the Alternative Asset Management space, specifically for Consulting Services practices.  Hillary focuses on Middle and Back office Accounting, Administrative, Finance, Operations and Human Resources roles.  Her positions span all levels of expertise across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Family Office, and Banking.  Throughout her career, Hillary has successfully built various divisions and offices for both start-up and established firms within the recruiting space. 

Hillary began her career in Accounting and Finance within Financial Services.  She later started her recruiting career working for large national firms helping them restructure their divisions and build-out their offices across the Greater New York City area.  Hillary has also helped smaller recruiting firms significantly grow, and reach sale or acquisition.  

Hillary lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.  She holds a Master’s Degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
