Heather Broome, Partner Heather is a Partner at Artico, leading the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer practice. She is a trusted expert to venture capital and private equity firms to recruit top technology and product talent to their funds and portfolio companies.
Prior to Artico, Heather led her own executive search boutique focusing exclusively on CTO/S/VP Engineering and CPO/S/VP Product searches for high growth portfolio companies of premier venture and private equity firms. She began her career at Korn/Ferry, focusing on technical executive searches for companies of all sizes.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from University of California, Berkeley, which she attended on a full gymnastics scholarship. She is the Co-founder and member of the Board of SheTO.org, the world’s largest private network of women engineering leaders dedicated to helping more women reach the CTO level. An avid outdoor enthusiast and cyclist, Heather is a middle school mountain bike coach in the Bay Area.
