Gregory Richter

Gregory Richter is Vice President of Allegis Partners. He is also Partner and Vice President, Retained Search and Advisory Services at legal recruiting firm Major, Lindsey & Africa — leading the In-House Practice Group and Law Firm Management Practice Group as well as MLA Transform, an advisory services group that includes consulting offerings of Managed Legal Services and Talent Management Consulting.

Allegis Partners and Major, Lindsey & Africa are both part of the Allegis Group family of companies, one of the largest privately held staffing and recruitment services companies in the world with headquarters in Hanover, MD.

In these roles, Greg is responsible for creating the vision and strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure and brands. He is committed to creating a dynamic environment for talent to realize its full potential.

Greg has a B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University. He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife Nicole and their twin daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, travel, and family time at the Jersey Shore.
