Christine Sobhani

As a Managing Director in Allegis Partners’ New York office, Christine Sobhani focuses on identifying talented executives to lead organizations’ HR teams and functions. She previously served as the Vice President of Global Client Solutions at Korn Ferry where she was responsible for the client management and service delivery leadership of global recruitment accounts, as well as management of a P&L of more than $10 million and a team of seven global account managers. Her clients were primarily in the technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and financial services sectors.

Prior to this, Christine was Financial Services Practice Director with Pontoon Solutions, a division of Adecco, where she led the growth and management of the Financial Services Practice and oversaw a staff of more than 80 recruiting professionals and a multimillion-dollar budget.

Prior to Pontoon, she worked at a boutique search firm in New York City with a focus in financial services. Earlier in her career, she was the Head of U.S. Recruitment for BNP Paribas and ran the WestLB recruiting program on-site on behalf of Advantage Human Resourcing. She has also held positions at Michael Page International, Creditland.com, and Madsen Staffing Services.

Christine has a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University and is fluent in Farsi. She lives in New York City with her husband and two young children. Active in her local community, she sits on the boards of a New York public school and of Haven Kids Rock. Christine is an enthusiastic world traveler. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her friends and family, and loves finding new areas of her hometown to explore.
