Feargal Owens

Feargal Owens, Managing Director within our CEO & Board Practice, has more than 20 years of executive search experience leading senior-level assignments in Australia, Europe, and the United States.  He conducts senior executive and board searches nationally and internationally for major organizations. His clients include listed corporations, diversified conglomerates, incubated startups, private equity businesses, and multinationals with a presence in the region.

Recent assignments have included Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Data Officer searches in addition to a variety of functional leadership roles across finance and operations. With a particular focus on private equity, Feargal has advised and built executive teams in high growth, pre-IPO, and turnaround corporate situations. He has a deep network and experience in advising on what success looks like for both clients and executives.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Feargal was a Partner of an Australian-based executive search and board practice. Earlier in his career, he worked with Korn Ferry in China and was responsible for supporting large conglomerates growing in the region.

Feargal studied Business/Economics at Newcastle University. He is an avid cyclist and has participated in several triathlons.
