Gregg Pope

Gregg came to the firm as a human resources (HR) professional and people manager having accumulated 23 years’ experience in global upstream and manufacturing, gained both domestically and internationally.

Gregg started his career working for ENSCO (now Valaris Limited) through the company’s graduate training program in which he was exposed to a multitude of functions covering onshore and offshore operations. Ultimately, he trained as a staffing specialist and progressed into HR supervision for core United States and Middle Eastern markets. Gregg provided HR support to local, expat and international rotational employees including recruiting, local benefits, compensation, mobility and logistics.

Gregg brings key skills in process improvement, global staffing, coaching operations leadership and staff, talent management and workforce planning whilst overseeing corporate and regional HR strategies, assessing outcomes against key performance metrics. Gregg graduated from Sam Houston University with a BS in Agriculture and Business Administration.

Currently Gregg is focused on supporting our search mandates within energy services and solutions.
