Christina Darienzo

As Director of Research for RM Nephew and Associates LLC, Christina Darienzo uses extensive research skills honed from over 18 years’ experience in the executive search industry. Christina oversees all aspects of research for RMN’s partners and recruiters, including defining search strategy, identifying target markets and providing candidate/name generation. Christina is also the firm’s knowledge manager, assisting with business development, providing market intelligence, and ensuring data integrity for RMN’s intellectual capital. Prior to joining RM Nephew and Associates, Christina was vice president and director of research for David Brooke Associates, where she led the research team and provided overall search support for nearly 400 searches and consulting assignments. Specializing in the insurance sector, Christina provided market and industry data relating to search strategy and business development initiatives, candidate/name generation for lead partners and consultants, as well as system administration for the company’s relational database. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Binghamton University in New York.
