Margaret Shue

Margaret is uniquely qualified to lead a team of professional associates given her depth of experience in executive search and her rich research pedigree. She has a successful track record of leading teams in the assessment and attraction of “best in class” talent for clients. Prior to her role with RM Nephew and Associates, Margaret led the recruiting function for the Boston office of David Brooke Associates, where she was responsible for completing a suite of senior executive searches serving the healthcare, high tech and professional services industries. She was also instrumental in launching the Board of Directors specialization within the firm’s Boston branch. Margaret joined David Brooke Associates from Korn/Ferry International, where she served as recruiting consultant as well as a director of research and knowledge manager in the company’s Boston Office. In addition to her roles with Korn/Ferry International, Margaret’s previous experience includes opening the Boston office of a contingency firm that specialized in information management staffing. She was also director of research at a boutique search firm, focusing on professional services, financial services and industrial business. Margaret began her career in academic libraries, her last position being director of The Graduate School of Management Library at Simmons College. Margaret earned her bachelor’s degree from Union College. She holds a master’s degree from Simmons Graduate School of Library and Information Science, where she later served on the alumnae board. Margaret is a member of the Leadership Council of The Eliot Church, Newton, MA.
