Briana Cuglewski is a Research & Talent Operations Associate with Synova Talent Solutions, supporting the firm’s executive search, talent research, candidate engagement, and operational delivery functions. As a member of Synova’s Research and Support Services Team, she plays a key role in helping ensure search assignments are executed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Known for her strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, Briana brings a unique combination of operational discipline, customer service excellence, and emerging leadership capabilities to the Synova team. Her experience working in high-volume retail, warehouse, and management environments has provided her with a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, process execution, and team collaboration.

Prior to joining Synova, Briana held positions with Menards in both customer-facing and shipping and receiving operations. In these roles, she developed experience coordinating inventory, resolving vendor discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability has become one of her defining professional strengths. Earlier in her career, Briana was promoted to Manager at I Heart Mac & Cheese at just sixteen years old, becoming one of the youngest key holders within the organization.

In that leadership role, she supervised daily operations, managed scheduling, delegated responsibilities, maintained financial accountability, and helped ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. This early leadership experience reinforced her commitment to accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

At Synova, Briana supports a variety of critical functions, including candidate research, talent mapping, database management, project coordination, market intelligence gathering, search administration, and candidate experience initiatives. She works closely with recruiters, client-facing consultants, and senior advisors to help ensure that each search assignment is supported by accurate information, organized processes, and responsive communication.
