Based in Miami, DeBoer brings fourteen years of experience and expertise in nonprofit management, retained executive search, and leadership consulting to his new position.

As an Associate Partner, I look forward to utilizing my professional experience and master’s degree to serve our clients with the highest standards of excellence and care,” said DeBoer.

DeBoer has deep experience recruiting CEOs and other senior executives to nonprofit organizations spanning arts and culture, zoos and aquariums, social services, healthcare, economic development, and higher education. “Phil returns as a globalist, ready to share a new, broader perspective with me and the other members of the Nonprofit Practice,” said James Abruzzo, Managing Partner of the Global Nonprofit Practice. “It is a tribute to him to interrupt his career path with a year of study and reflection, and a tribute to the firm to encourage him to do so and welcome him back.”
