Matt Clemens to Join Ward Howell International as Managing Partner, Leads the New Cleveland Office

Matt Clemens joins Ward Howell International and leads the new Cleveland, Ohio office as Managing Partner. He has more than 25 years of executive search, recruiting and operational experience.

Specifically, he has conducted assignments for chief executive officers, chief financial officers chief operating officers, division presidents, general managers and functional heads of sales, marketing, human resources, engineering and supply chain management. Matt has worked with large multinational corporations, private companies and small to middle market portfolio companies of private equity firms in areas of industrial and consumer manufacturing, business services and distribution/logistics. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
