ManyPets Names Robb Granado USA Chief Operating Officer

CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to announce the appointment of Robb Granado as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ManyPets USA, the award-winning, London-based pet insurance company known for industry-leading digital product innovation and customer service. As COO of ManyPets USA, Robb will be responsible for aggressively scaling the ManyPets business in the United States – not only the largest market in the world for pet insurance, but also the most underserved – while delivering the market-leading customer experience the company has become known for internationally.

Robb joins ManyPets from CommonBond, a DTC financial technology and services company, where he began as employee number three and spent nearly a decade scaling and transforming a successful business, serving as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately President. Prior to CommonBond, Robb was the Director of New Market Initiatives for Sageworks and CEO and Co-Founder of Raiseworks, a lending subsidiary of Sageworks.

A native New Yorker and former US Air Force Captain, Robb earned his MBA from Columbia University and his BA in economics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He currently sits on the Board of Pharos Academy in the Bronx, NY.
