Lindauer Recognized as a Top Search Firm for Women of Color

Lindauer is proud to be included in the 2023 list of Top Search Firms for Women of Color issued by Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC).

The WOC list recognizes search firms that have demonstrated a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in recruiting and placing women of color in leadership positions in the nonprofit world.

“As nonprofit organizations reevaluate culture and recognize the value of diverse perspectives, we are committed to engaging our client partners in support of attracting talented women of color. Historically, black women especially have so often been denied access to advance their careers—or to pursue them in the first place,” said Faith Montgomery, Vice President and Managing Director at Lindauer.

WOC compiled the 2023 list of top search firms based on an extensive survey of its members. Survey respondents were asked to answer questions covering various topics, including their experience with recruiters, the extent to which the search firm facilitated a successful placement, and post-placement relations with the firm.
