Leatherman Joins DHR International as Partner

NEW YORK, NY, February 10, 2017 — Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce that Carroll Leatherman has joined the firm as a Partner in the Global Financial Officer Practice. She will also be a senior member of the Private Equity Practice.

Prior to joining DHR International, Leatherman served as client partner for Korn Ferry, where she was a member of the Financial Officer and Private Capital Practices working with select public clients, as well as advising private capital and family office clients for the firm. Leatherman brings more than 15 years of experience to DHR International. Her areas of expertise within the Financial Officer Practice include the CFO, Treasurer, Investor Relations, and Strategy/Corporate Development functions. Sectors of expertise include Financial Services & Insurance, Technology, Media & Business Services, and Healthcare.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Leatherman spent two years with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she worked in their securities litigation team defending the investigation of equity research abuse on Wall Street during 2002 and 2003.

Leatherman holds a Bachelor of Arts, Phi Beta Kappa, with Highest Honors, with a double major in American History and African-American Studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  She also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Timberfence Capital Partners, a private capital firm focused on the global equine services industry.
