IRC Adds a New Partner in Spain, Expanding its Coverage in Europe

(Feb. 4, 2021) Long-term IRC partner in Italy (Ellipsis Partners – former Open Executive Search & Selection), founded in 2005, has recently added a new office in Madrid, Spain, led by Paul Herrick. Paul Herrick has become a new Partner of IRC Spain based in Madrid. He brings over two decades of Spanish business experience. Paul has led global and EMEA talent management functions for some of the world’s leading organisations, including Amadeus, WPP and General Electric. We are very excited to have appointed Paul as a Partner for Spain as he brings a rare combination of in-depth market knowledge combined with international talent management experience.
