IMSA Executive Search Network Expands into Three New Countries

VIENNA, AUSTRIA, May 21, 2018 – IMSA International Executive Search, a leading executive search network with 23 member countries and 37 offices worldwide, is pleased to announce, that during recent Spring Conference 2018 in Vienna, three new companies have been inducted as members.

New partners joining the IMSA network come from Czech Republic, Hungary and Norway and will strengthen IMSA’s presence in Europe. This is a realization of IMSA’ strategy, which assumes expansion into several new countries in year 2018.

IMSA Czech Republic

IMSA Czech Republic will be represented by Nováček & Partners – a consulting company focusing on executive search, candidate care, outplacement, as well as employer branding.

CEO of IMSA Czech Republic – Mr. Jan Nováček – has been active in executive search and talent management field for over 10 years. He is a university graduate from Faculty of Business Administration at University of Economics Prague and is an experienced trainer of soft-skills courses at University of Economics. In his work with customers, candidates and peers he treats everyone as a partner and puts trust at the basis of all business relations. This manifests in the IMSA Czech Republic motto: Headhunting in a humane way!

Mr. Nováček’s areas of expertise include: Engineering, Electronics, Consulting, Energy, Construction, Life Sciences, Banking & Finance, Retail, Automotive.

IMSA Hungary

IMSA Hungary will be represented by Indra Consulting – a group of experienced Senior Consultants with a vast years of experience gained at top tier international organizations and extensive background in executive search and recruitment consulting.

The founders of IMSA Hungary – Ms. Brigitta Fűri and Mr. Szabolcs Fűri – bring a special mix of skills and experience acquired through their work and education in international environments.

Ms. Brigitta Fűri, a graduate of MBA studies, gathered her consulting and management experiences while working at the Dubai and London headquarters of the world’s most prestigious airline and leading international consulting companies. She believes that building a career is not the only goal, but to achieve an overall well-being is.

Ms. Fűri specializes in projects realized in the following areas: Aviation, Ecommerce, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Retail.

Mr. Szabolcs Fűri, a graduate of International Management and Political Science. At IMSA Hungary he leads executive search and recruitment consulting projects.

IMSA Norway

IMSA Norway will be represented by Esholdt Executive Search –  a small, high-end company within executive search filed providing exceptional people to leading companies and ambitious superiors.

Mr. Lars Esholdt, CEO of IMSA Norway, works in executive search field for close to 30 years. He holds a MSc in strategic planning from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in law and economics. He worked for McKinsey for 15 years on experienced hires program and has profound knowledge in private equity/Venture Capital, FMCG and consulting. During the years 1989-1998 Mr. Esholdt has worked for the biggest Norwegian player within the executive search field (ISCO Group) and was appointed as a partner in 1994. In 1998 he founded Human Capital Group which was sold to Korn Ferry International in 2004. Mr. Esholdt became senior client partner with KFI and was awarded the prize for the highest customer satisfaction in Europe and EMEA.

In 2007 Mr. Esholdt founded Esholdt Executive Search.

Mr. Eshodlt is also a published writer, with 4 books under his belt published by renowned Norwegian publishers.
