Hartz Search is Excited to Announce The Placement of Brenda Rocha at JPS Health Network

After an extensive national search, JPS Health Network selected Brenda Rocha to provide the overall organization, operation, and direction of the assigned nursing departments and provides quality service, positive patient satisfaction, fiscal accountability, and identification of the departments’ performance expectations.

Ms. Rocha will report directly to Jill Farrell, Chief Nursing Officer of JPS Health Network.

Ms. Rocha joins JPS after serving as their Interim Executive Director of Emergency Services through B.E. Smith since December of 2021. Before joining as Interim ED, Emergency Services, Brenda served as Tenet’s Healthcare, National Director of Clinical Operation for Emergency Services in Dallas, TX. Brenda has over 20 years of experience in Nursing with 22 years of progressive leadership and management experience.

Ms. Rocha has an ASN and BSN from Indiana University Northwest. She earned her MSN from Valparaiso University, a DNP from Governors State University, and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest.
