HARTZ Search Announces the Placement of the Chief Nursing Officer at JPS Health Network – Dr. Dina Dent

(Aug. 24, 2020) After an extensive national search, Dr. Dent was selected to lead the day to day Nursing for JPS Health Network, a 578-bed, national award winning, Public Safety-Net hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Our sincere congratulations to Dr. Dina Dent and JPS Health Network.

Dr. Dina Dent is currently the VP Nursing & System Patient Experience Lead at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA and will be joining JPS Health Network on September 28th, 2020. Dr. Dent is a Nurse Executive with 23 years’ experience in broad administrative, operations, lean methodology and clinical experience. Her experience includes Public Safety-Net, large Academic Medical Centers and Community hospitals. She has led strategic business planning to drive organizational success and achieve goals through a demonstrated expertise by developing and implementing facility safety policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Her results-driven style coupled with exceptional administrative, operational, and business acumen to achieve extraordinary results will be an invaluable resource to the staff and patients of JPS Health Network. Dr. Dent has proven experience in leading initiatives to enhance productivity while capturing cost reduction, maintaining quality, and attaining positive patient outcomes.

Dr. Dina Dent has a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing to compliment her extensive career of leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving excellent clinical outcomes.
