Flexpoint Ford Selects TCG for Head of HR Search
(Feb. 3, 2022) Flexpoint Ford, a private equity investment firm that specializes in privately negotiated investments in the financial services and healthcare industries, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks, and Recruiting Manager, Nick Nelson are leading the critical HR search.

The Head of HR will be responsible for facilitating a range of HR functions, particularly those relating to the day-to-day operations of the company’s human resource activities. This individual will provide support, guidance, and advice on a variety of HR disciplines while promoting innovative HR solutions to achieve strategic goals.
