SÃO PAULO (June 10, 2022) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces the appointment of Fernando Cesar to Partner. Located out of the firm’s São Paulo office, Cesar has joined the Industrial, Private Equity and Infrastructure & Energy Funds Practice Groups.
Working with clients in Brazil and around the globe, he specializes in executive, senior management and international roles. He brings in a combined career experience in executive search, management consulting and industry roles. The addition of Cesar to the DHR team will support the firm in expanding its reach and ability to serve organizations’ talent needs throughout South America.

Cesar has more than 30 years of experience helping businesses and their executives to understand key issues, transform operations and optimize business performance. Previously, he was a Partner with an executive search and leadership consulting firm, where he led searches for top global companies with presence in Brazil and Latin America. Prior to executive search, he enjoyed a successful career in management consulting.
Cesar holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in the U.S., an Executive International MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), in São Paulo. He earned a Certificate in Corporate Strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), in Brazil. Cesar is a board member certified by IBGC.
