Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm Bryant Group, has been selected to recruit the Vice President, Campaign Manager for HonorHealth Foundation. Bryant Group’s Colleen Rogers Aivazian, Executive Search Director, is spearheading the assignment for the search firm.

The Vice President, Campaign Manager is a highly strategic and results-driven professional who will lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising campaign that will find cures, save lives and transform healthcare in the community. The VP will partner with executive leadership, board members and key stakeholders to drive a campaign strategy that integrates all fundraising channels into one cohesive effort. They will oversee donor pipelines, manage cross-functional teams and steward top donors and partners with precision and purpose, ensuring every element is aligned for impact.
The ideal candidate is an experienced advancement professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns ($100M+ preferred) along with progressive experience in fundraising or nonprofit leadership. The VP must be data-informed, values-driven and fluent in the language of strategic philanthropy. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s and/or CFRE are preferred.
