Executive Search for Senior Vice President of Finance at HonorHealth Foundation

Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm, Bryant Group, has been selected to recruit the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance for HonorHealth Foundation. Sarah Hempen, Vice President for Search at Bryant Group, is leading the assignment.

“We are seeking a purpose-driven and high-performing strategic finance expert to lead our financial operations with integrity, insight and vision,” said Jared Langkilde, President and Chief Executive Officer of HonorHealth Foundation. “The SVP of Finance will shape the financial future of a thriving foundation that powers world-class healthcare initiatives across our community.”

Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the SVP will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and Board of Directors. The SVP will collaborate directly with the President to develop, implement and monitor the annual budget, maintaining optimal financial health; manage donation inflows and financial reporting systems, guaranteeing accurate recording of revenue in alignment with donor restrictions; oversee comprehensive grants administration and planned gift management, ensuring proper stewardship of donor contributions; manage a team of financial professionals charged with ensuring accurate records and transaction for HonorHealth Foundation..

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare through philanthropy while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The SVP will maintain relationships with external banking institutions, portfolio managers and audit teams while serving as the financial liaison to the healthcare system’s financial community.

The ideal candidate is an established and collaborative financial leader with deep experience leading financial strategy within a nonprofit institution. The SVP must be a collaborative and inspirational leader, a strategic thinker who thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and a values-driven professional with unimpeachable ethics.
