We are former university administrators and consultants from one of the largest global executive search firms. Throughout our careers, we have successfully completed approximately 200 executive searches for presidents, provosts and vice presidents, deans, and other executive across a full range of private and public institutions and non-profit organizations.

In addition to executive search, we provide management consulting services to support organizations in articulating and exceeding their institutional goals and mission. This includes research-based change management solutions, organizational benchmarking, institutional climate surveys, cabinet charters and other tailored assessments. We also provide candidate advising services.
