Flatiron Search Partners, backed by Nonantum Capital Partners, is a premier boutique retained executive search and talent advisory firm partnering with modern, high-growth, and private-equity-backed consumer businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

Founded by operators for operators, Flatiron was built to serve as a long-term talent partner to founders, executive teams, Boards, and investment sponsors. We work alongside our clients to build leadership teams that drive sustainable growth and enterprise value – combining analytical rigor, disciplined execution, and a deeply collaborative, people-first culture.

In 2026, Flatiron entered into a growth partnership with Nonantum Capital Partners, a Boston-based middle-market private equity firm known for its patient, long-term approach to founder-led businesses. The partnership enables us to continue investing in our people, platform, and capabilities while preserving the culture and values that define how we work.

Today, our team brings together experienced retained search leaders and former operators who have built and scaled strategy, operations, finance, and functional teams inside high-growth consumer and services businesses. We focus on sustained partnership and team building – not one-off searches – and are known for our hands-on, high-touch approach.
