Dr. Isaac Wanasika Joins Linfield University as Dean of the School of Business

Johnson City, TN – Blue Rock Human Capital is pleased to have partnered with Linfield University to place Dr. Isaac Wanasika as the institution’s new Dean of the School of Business.

Linfield University is a private university with two physical campuses in McMinnville and Portland, Oregon. Since 1858, Linfield has connected a traditional liberal arts experience with practical education through collaborative, service and experiential learning opportunities. Linfield is nationally recognized for its strong teaching faculty, outstanding academic programs and distinctive international emphasis.

Dr. Wanasika has built a record of curriculum innovation, external funding, and stakeholder partnership development. He served as Chair of the Management Department at the Monfort College of Business, University of Northern Colorado, where he held a series of progressively senior positions. Prior to academia, he spent 12 years in corporate roles, along with consulting engagements for the U.S. State Department. Dr. Wanasika holds a PhD in Strategy from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Alfred University.
