DHR Global Appoints Justin Menkes as Partner

LOS ANGELES (MARCH 6, 2023) –  Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced that Justin Menkes, Ph.D., has joined the firm as Partner, Leadership Consulting. Menkes will be based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Menkes brings over 20 years of search and leadership consulting experience and built his reputation as a thought leader with deep expertise in coaching and assessing senior leaders. He is a known entity and author in the national coaching and advisory space.

Prior to joining DHR, Menkes worked with multiple search and leadership advisory firms. He is one of the founding members of a firm’s CEO Succession and Assessment Practice, where he executed a multitude of assignments assessing and placing CEOs, board directors and C-suite executives for both private equity and public company clients.

As an assessment expert, Menkes started his own company that offered a web-based automated recruitment and staffing management platform, enabling companies to cost-effectively assess employees and potential hires.

Menkes graduated with honors from Haverford College and received a M.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Claremont Graduate University. Menkes is the author of Executive Intelligence and Better Under Pressure.
