DHR AWARDED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL SALES/ GM SALES SEARCH
DUBAI, June 22, 2018 – Global Executive Search firm DHR International is pleased to announce they have will lead the search for the Senior Vice President of Global Sales/ GM Sales for The DAMAC Group. This search will be completed by a Global Team of Managing Partners, Marty Nass, Ayman Haddad, Rod Malcom, Dwain Celistan, and Partner Vince Saunders.
The SVP of Global Sales/GM Sales is responsible for more than 500 sales professionals located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and eventually in Jordan, Lebanon, the United Kingdom and throughout North America (United States and Canada). This executive will provide leadership and strategic direction to the business’s overall sales program, inclusive of securing new customers and expanding opportunities within the current customer base. In his leadership position, the GM Sales will set the departmental KPI’s and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales initiative. This executive will also take the initiative to mentor key personnel in the sales department, ensuring their constant professional growth. Indicating the importance of this position, the GM Sales reports directly to the Chairman of The DAMAC Group.
