DHR AWARDED PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER SEARCH FOR CORD MEYER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
NEW YORK, NY, June 22, 2018 – Global Executive Search firm DHR International is pleased to announce they have will lead the search for the President & Chief Executive Officer of Cord Meyer. This search will be completed by Managing Partners, Marty Nass and Mike Magsig, and Partner Vince Saunders.
The President and CEO will be a highly focused real estate executive who will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, guidance and strategic direction of the company’s business activity throughout the company’s area of focus. Specific responsibilities include working closely with the CFO and COO regarding project and development budgets, financial projections, debt re-negotiation and tax basis re-negotiation. Strategic skills and experience expected are very strong, multi-dimensional leadership skills, this senior executive will be expected to promote confidence and trust among the company’s executives, staff and the Board of Directors. The position reports directly to the BOD.
