Deanna L. Goodwin Joins Oceaneering’s Board of Directors

(Feb. 26, 2018) Oceaneering International, Inc. announced today that Deanna L. Goodwin has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Preng & Associates assisted Oceaneering International in its search.

She has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas products and services industry with Technip USA, Inc., now TechnipFMC plc, and with Veritas DGC, Inc. Ms. Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. She currently serves as a member of the supervisory board of Arcadis NV, a global design, engineering and management consulting company.

Oceaneering’s Chairman of the Board, John R. Huff, stated, “We are very pleased to welcome Deanna to Oceaneering’s leadership team. Deanna brings extensive experience as an executive officer, particularly with operational and financial knowledge in the oil and gas products and services industry.
