David Cho Promoted to Partner at DHR Global

SEOUL (February 16, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global is pleased to announce that David Cho has been promoted to Partner in the Industrial, Advanced Technology and Private Equity Practice Groups.

Previously serving as Associate Partner, Cho supports clients’ organizational growth and employee retention by helping them streamline their talent strategies. He immerses himself in his client’s culture to fully understand the organization’s infrastructure and create solutions that result in growth and stability. Cho works with clients across multiple departments, including internal recruiting, to address any talent issues and create strategies that better align with business objectives.

“David has built up strong relationships with major Korean conglomerates placing Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Environmental, Health and Safety executives,” says Philippe Tirault, Managing Partner, Korea. “David is also very active in the automotive industry, developing high-level relationships and introducing DHR partners from the US and from Europe to potential Korean clients.”

Prior to joining DHR, Cho worked at a local search firm in Korea recruiting leaders for finance, sales, marketing and engineering roles across various industries, including technology and consumer and retail. Before starting his executive search career, Cho served as CEO of Forza Motors Korea (FMK), an Italian luxury auto brand importer, and as Country Manager of Double A.

Cho holds a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science with an emphasis on urban planning and policy from the University of California, Davis.
