And many senior-leaders agree that a healthy company culture is a basic component of any successful organization. It lays the groundwork for strong employee engagement, retention, and performance. Catherine Tucker Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Learning – Guardian Life Jennifer Andrews Head of Equity and Inclusion – Guardian Life

Guardian is a 160+ year old insurance company with a long history of success. But to meet the changing needs of consumers – and attract and retain the best talent – the company’s CEO, its leadership team, and Guardian’s board of directors agreed that a business transformation was needed. In this fireside chat, Catherine Tucker, Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning, and Jennifer Andrews, Head of Equity and Inclusion, will discuss Guardian’s journey to transform its culture by adopting a new purpose, evolving its values, developing a new colleague value proposition, aligning around consistent leadership behaviors, and embedding equity and inclusion into its business. Talent analytics are more important than ever – your people and your organization’s group dynamics are the most valuable levers available to drive performance and change. Nowhere is this more critical than in equity-backed organizations, where the realization of the investment thesis can come down to having the right person in the right role at the right time.

We help equity-backed organizations gain confidence that they have the right leadership team in place to deliver on expectations. We also partner with clients to manage unforeseen risks involving incumbent executives, as well as prospective appointments in both due diligence and existing portfolio companies.

Caldwell Analytics – the organizational effectiveness practice at global talent acquisition firm Caldwell – leverages highly respected, science-backed and results-driven assessments to align talent and business strategies, driving better results. By leveraging workforce analytics related to organizational design, leadership, team dynamics, communication, motivation, talent management, and strategic execution, we help clients improve individual, team, and business-unit performance.
