Jacob’s career highlights include serving as Vice President at Fisher Investments, where he successfully managed a $3.3 billion business line over 13 years. He later became Managing Director at Paulson Investment Company, a premier investment bank specializing in small to mid-cap markets, where he emerged as the top executive of their bridge loan hedge fund.

Demonstrating his ability to lead and drive growth, Jacob transitioned to the CEO role of a publicly traded, multi-state drug rehabilitation franchise. During his tenure, he spearheaded a comprehensive corporate reorganization, increasing shareholder value by nearly 300%, before moving to Chairman of the Board of Directors. His extensive experience also includes acquisitions of small private companies, operational integration of diverse businesses, and expertise in licensing and development of vertically integrated operations.

Jacob’s academic credentials include a B.S. in General Science from Oregon State University and an M.S. in Management with an HRM concentration from Florida Institute of Technology. He has shared his insights as a guest lecturer at the University of Oregon’s Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, covering portfolio management and ESG investing, and has authored research on U.S. federal debt, corporate debt, and Social Security.
