Verleysen will step down after a decade of transformative leadership at Signal Financial and a distinguished 42-year career in the financial services industry.

Under Verleysen’s guidance since 2014, Signal Financial experienced significant growth and innovation, strengthening its position as a leader in financial services.

His legacy includes a career spanning influential roles at Maryland National Bank, Mellon Bank, Provident Bank, and Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union ($6.4 billion, Washington, DC), where he drove substantial growth and service improvements.
