Cornerstone International Group Adds Consultant to Member Firm in Atlanta

(Feb. 17, 2021) Cornerstone International Group, a global network of executive search specialists, welcomes Walter Baker, a senior level consultant, to the group’s member firm in Atlanta.

Walter has been conducting senior-level recruiting and assessment assignments throughout the United States and globally for more than 25 years. Over 50% of his projects have been for executives to lead global or regional enterprises.

“Walter is an ideal addition to our team,” says Larry Shoemaker, President of  Cornerstone Intrernational Group and CEO of Cornerstone Atlanta.  “Our business is at the high end of organization management and 70% of Walter’s work is for executive positions of Vice President and above.”

Walter is a former Americas Council member of the AESC and has held board seats for multiple civic and educational organizations. He is Level I & II and Talent Recruitment certified in Harrison Assessments.

Prior to joining  Cornerstone Atlanta, Walter had been a senior partner with two other leading global networks.
