Cooper Coleman Hires Kathy Kraushar as Executive Search Consultant

Cooper Coleman LLC has hired Kathy Kraushar as Executive Search Consultant, based in Cincinnati, to expand the firm’s executive search capacity and extend its reach to social sector organizations throughout the United States.

Kathy’s leadership experience spans more than 30 years in nonprofit organization management, healthcare, and talent development. Before joining Cooper Coleman, Kathy spent 17 years as Regional Director and Program Manager at MediSync Healthcare Solutions, where she led and scaled national market strategy growth for the company’s revenue optimization program. She built and led physician recruitment and development programs as Executive Director, Director of Business Development, and Senior Account Manager over her 14-year tenure at Deaconess Hospital and The Deaconess Hospital Foundation. Her extensive portfolio of experience guiding executive teams to develop and implement collaborative, innovative initiatives across all functional areas will serve Cooper Coleman’s clients as they endeavor to build and strengthen their teams and cultures.
