Chip Dates Joins Jobplex as Partner

ATLANTA (June 20, 2022) – Jobplex, Inc., a DHR Global company, announces the appointment of Chip Dates to Partner in the Industrial and Diversity Practice Groups. He is located out of the firm’s Atlanta office.

Passionate about helping military talent adjust to civilian life and advance their careers, Dates began his recruiting career more than 10 years ago in the Military Transition division of a leading professional search and contract staffing firm. While there, he specialized in filling mandates for supervisory, management, sales, technical and engineering roles with graduates from West Point, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and ROTC programs, as well as Senior Military Officers.

With a strong work ethic and ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with both clients and candidates, Dates’ work significantly contributed to the growth of the firm’s military division and led to many military recruits taking on leadership roles with top companies.

Prior to talent recruitment, Dates enjoyed a 20-year sales career in radio advertising and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Johns Hopkins University.
