Cedars-Sinai Partners with Lindauer to Expand Development Team

The multi-search partnership will expand Development’s leadership, fundraising, and organizational capacity to support a major campaign.

Cedars-Sinai, one of the largest nonprofit academic medical centers in the U.S., has partnered with Lindauer, a global search and talent firm, to significantly expand its Development team and build the infrastructure needed to sustain that growth.

In preparation for an ambitious new philanthropic campaign and to help Cedars-Sinai respond to the evolving needs of the communities it serves, the Development team is investing in the people, programs, and capabilities needed to build on increasingly strong fundraising results. This expansion will increase fundraising capacity, diversify and expand the donor base, strengthen the grateful patient program, and build the talent infrastructure needed to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

To advance the new campaign, Cedars-Sinai has launched a multi-search initiative with Lindauer, marking the first phase to expand the Development team.

The initial searches focus on executive fundraising positions as well as new roles that strengthen how the department hires, trains, and retains talent. In the coming months, this phase will be followed by searches for leadership and frontline fundraising positions.
