The mission of Pulse is to bring God into the heart of a generation and drive forward Biblical multiplication. Leaving the “99” and seeking the lost sheep drives Pulse into loving relationships with those who have yet to meet Jesus. Through its partner relationships, Pulse is intentional about equipping, training, and sending people into their communities, becoming a focus for unity and a declaration of love to a lost and dying world.

Pulse is just emerging out of their most successful season of growth, where they have experienced high points in impact, nancial health, and clarity around the calling God has given the organization. To support the ongoing and projected growth of the ministry, Pulse is seeking a dynamic VP of Finance & Operations to lead into the future, becoming a signi cant contributor to Pulse ful lling its mission, and to steward the resources of the ministry for greater Kingdom impact.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional, faith-based VP of Finance & Operations to use their God-given gifts and talents to impact the work of Pulse and make a signi cant difference in the Kingdom of God. This executive leader will report to the President and be responsible for the operations of Administration, Accounting, and HR & IT. The VP of Finance & Operations’ primary responsibility will be to build the foundation of Pulse and shepherd a strategy for growth that aligns with the highest industry standards. This new VP of Finance & Operations must be detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture while implementing continuous improvement programs and shepherding team members every step of the way.
