Burton Joins DHR International as Partner

NEW YORK, August 18, 2016 — Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce that Monica Burton has joined as partner in the firm’s Education, Nonprofit, and Healthcare Practice Groups. Burton is based in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining DHR International, Burton served as a consultant with Witt/Kieffer where she led C-suite and senior level searches for a diverse client group including leading colleges and universities, national nonprofit organizations and healthcare institutions.

Before Witt/Kieffer, Burton served as client partner of Korn/Ferry International’s New York office and as principal at Nordeman Grimm, a New York City-based, boutique generalist firm. Earlier in her career, Burton worked in the insurance sector of financial services at Marsh & McLennan and CIGNA Companies in Philadelphia.

Burton earned Bachelor of Science in French and Government from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.  She resides in Manhattan and currently serves as board treasurer of Keigwin + Company, a critically acclaimed, Manhattan-based modern dance troupe.
