Bryant Group to Recruit Kansas Leadership Center CEO

Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm Bryant Group, has been selected to recruit the next Chief Executive Officer for the Kansas Leadership Center. Sally Bryant, CEO and President, and Chris Bingley, Senior Vice President, are spearheading the assignment for the search firm. Although its focus is mainly in Kansas and for Kansans, the Center’s approach to leadership and its successful programs have earned it a global reputation, training thousands of leaders worldwide.

The CEO will guide the Kansas Leadership Center in realizing its loftiest ambitions and aiming for new heights as the center for excellence in leadership development and civic engagement.

Reporting to the KLC Board of Directors, the CEO will implement initiatives, programs and policies to foster leadership for stronger, healthier and more prosperous Kansas communities. 

Key qualifications include:

  • Seven to 10 years of progressive management experience with at least 5 years at the senior level; track record of effectively leading and scaling an organization and staff. 
  • Demonstrated aptitude for organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams. 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, which foster the proven ability to support a diverse group of participants and constituents.
  • A demonstrated approach to business planning that is innovative, action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable.
  • Experience establishing credibility with key stakeholders and funders.
