Dallas-based executive search and leadership consulting firm Bryant Group conducted a nationwide search resulting in Suzanne Carté-Cocroft securing the role as vice president of philanthropy at Confluence Health Foundation.

“It is an honor to join Confluence Health Foundation, serving North Central Washington and building on the strong community partnerships that are advancing the local, quality care the community needs and deserves. My husband, Steve, and I are excited to be able to call Wenatchee home!”

A native Alaskan, Carté-Cocroft most recently served as the foundation president and region chief philanthropy officer for the Providence Alaska Foundation based in Anchorage, Alaska. An experienced leader with over 25 years in working with nonprofit organizations on board oversight, team building, strategic planning and fund development, she brings a wealth of experience to the position, including previous work in the telecommunications industry and serving on the boards of the Alaska Children’s Alliance, Alaska Children’s Trust and the Foraker Group operations board.

“The Foundation is looking forward to Suzanne joining the organization and bringing with her years of experience in developing lasting relationships with donors and empowering her team to support local health systems and communities,” commented Steve Neher, president of the Confluence Health Foundation board of trustees.

In her new position, Carté-Cocroft will be leading the Confluence Health Foundation. A 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 1978, the Foundation has been a crucial component in Confluence Health’s efforts to support the health and well-being of the North Central Washington community for over 45 years, helping keep superior healthcare close to home.

“I am excited to have Suzanne continue to carry on and build upon all the Foundation has accomplished over the years and am confident that she will do great things in this new position,” remarked Dr. Andrew Jones, CEO of Confluence Health. “We look forward to the leadership and vision Suzanne will bring in this important role, helping us to enhance and support Confluence Health’s ability to provide local care by and for our community close to home.”
