Bryant Group Places Vice President, Campaign Manager for HonorHealth Foundation

Dallas-based executive search and leadership consulting firm Bryant Group conducted a nationwide search led by the firm’s Executive Search Director, Colleen Rogers Aivazian, resulting in Holly Stanco of Stockton, California securing the role of Vice President, Campaign Manager at HonorHealth Foundation.

Ms. Stanco is a senior advancement leader with 28 years of experience in fundraising, campaigns and donor engagement. She has led record-setting fundraising efforts, secured transformational gifts and successfully revitalized underperforming programs at public and private universities. Known for her strategic leadership and collaborative approach, she brings deep expertise in campaign strategy, board and foundation leadership and building high-performing teams through data-driven, collaborative approaches. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Ms. Stanco is recognized for aligning institutional mission, community engagement and philanthropy to advance institutional success and long-term financial sustainability. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President of Advancement and Campaigns at the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. Stanco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from San José State University and an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration from University of the Pacific.

In her new position, Ms. Stanco will lead and execute HonorHealth Foundation’s comprehensive fundraising campaign that will find cures, save lives and transform healthcare in the community. Partnering closely with executive leadership, board members and key stakeholders, she will develop and drive the campaign strategy that integrates all fundraising channels into one cohesive effort.
