Beecher Reagan Names New President And Chief Operating Officer

HOUSTON, May 3, 2019 — Beecher Reagan, a global search and leadership firm specializing exclusively in senior professional services and the consulting talent market, today announced the hiring of Angela Navarro as president and chief operating officer (COO), a new role for the company.

As president and COO, Navarro will drive Beecher Reagan’s long-term vision and expansion. She will help bolster the company’s global reach, develop the leadership advisory practice and broaden core client offerings such as Verity, Beecher Reagan’s proprietary professional services leadership assessment. Verity leverages Beecher Reagan’s most impactful candidate profiles and Hogan Assessments data science to provide clients access to greater insights, improving the quality of engagement, interviewing and hiring practices.

Navarro joins Beecher Reagan directly from the management consulting industry, having most recently held the role of senior vice president of global operations at North Highland Worldwide Consulting. Navarro has more than 20 years’ experience within the professional staffing and search industries, earning a strong and consistent legacy of developing internal teams and external alliances to stimulate and deliver year-over-year growth and profitability. Moreover, she has a proven track record in strategic planning and sustainable continuous improvement.
