BarkerGilmore Welcomes Marnie Seif as Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach

Pittsford, NY (July 21, 2026) – BarkerGilmore today announced that Marnie Seif has joined the firm as Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach. A seasoned public company director and former Fortune 500 executive, Seif will advise General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and other senior legal executives on executive presence, leadership development, succession planning, executive assessment, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness.

Seif brings a distinctive combination of executive leadership experience spanning legal, human resources, governance, executive compensation, business transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through leadership transitions, rapid growth, acquisition integration, governance enhancement, and culture development, helping senior leaders strengthen their effectiveness and business impact.

Prior to joining BarkerGilmore, Seif spent more than sixteen years at Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI), a leading global semiconductor company. During that time, she served as both Chief People Officer and Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, partnering closely with senior management and the board on leadership strategy, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, including post-closing integration efforts, talent strategy, and organizational culture.

Seif currently serves as a director of Kopin Corporation (NASDAQ: KOPN), where she is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Through these committee roles, she helps oversee executive compensation, leadership succession, board effectiveness, and corporate governance.

Her professional accomplishments include negotiating and integrating dozens of public and private acquisitions representing more than $40 billion in transaction value, leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts, and helping organizations manage growth and change while preserving strong cultures and leadership continuity.
