BarkerGilmore Recruits Todd Grice as General Counsel for Bacardi Limited

(Oct. 6, 2020) BarkerGilmore, a boutique firm specializing in legal and compliance executive search and leadership development, has recruited Todd Grice as the new General Counsel of Bacardi Limited. The engagement was managed by John Gilmore, co-founder and Managing Partner, and Brittney McDonough, Managing Director of BarkerGilmore.

Todd Grice, the former Associate General Counsel – Corporate Finance and M&A of The Coca-Cola Company, brings with him 25 years of legal practice, the majority of which have been within the consumer products industry, and extensive experience in corporate law on an international scale. He earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. from Purdue University. As General Counsel, Mr. Grice will not only manage all of Bacardi’s legal affairs on a global scale; he will also play a pivotal role in business development strategy. He will sit in the Bermuda office.
