August Leadership and Paradigm for Parity collaborate to find a purpose-driven CEO

“[NEW YORK, 23 JANUARY] – August Leadership, a renowned global executive search and leadership advisory firm, has announced their second collaboration with Paradigm for Parity, a leading advocate for gender equality in the corporate world. Together, they are embarking on a purpose-driven mission to identify and appoint a CEO dedicated to steering organizations towards a future marked by equitable and inclusive leadership practices.

August Leadership had previously placed Paradigm for Parity’s first-ever CEO, Sandra Quince, who had been a Senior Vice President in the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America. The bank is a long-time member of the coalition, and as an extension of its commitment, sponsored Sandra to join the coalition as part of Bank of America’s Leader on Loan Program.
