In his new role, Moffatt will lead technology strategy and architecture while supporting product innovation, engineering execution, and the continued development of enterprise-grade AI solutions. His experience building technical organizations, establishing repeatable delivery systems, and translating complex capabilities into practical business applications positions him to support NLP Logix’s next phase of growth.

Prior to joining NLP Logix, Moffatt served as Founder and Chief Technology Officer of AnglerVision, where he developed a patented computer vision platform and built the supporting technology ecosystem across edge AI, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and model deployment. He also founded Moffatt Technology Consulting, advising organizations on AI strategy, automation, enterprise architecture, and cloud modernization. Earlier, Moffatt held leadership roles at Slalom, Amazon Web Services, Cignex/Datamatics, and Daiichi Sankyo, where he built technology practices and guided large organizations through complex digital transformation initiatives.

Moffatt’s appointment reflects NLP Logix’s continued investment in technical leadership, scalable innovation, and the delivery of AI solutions designed to create lasting operational and business value.
