In his position as vice president, conferences & special events, Michael Hawkins manages all aspects of Hunt Scanlon’s six annual conferences including its flagship events for private equity recruiting in New York, London and San Francisco and other conferences with varying recruitment themes. Michael works directly with hotel and venue management from contract inception to event closure. He works with dozens of speakers in which he develops and designs conference sessions and themes. Michael is additionally responsible to lining up all sponsorship opportunities and, in tandem with Anthony Pisano, the company’s sales & marketing director, they develop and disseminate marketing campaigns to promote each event through various mediums. Michael also spearheads all of the company’s webinars as well as all podcast projects.

Erik is vice president, operations and market intelligence for Hunt Scanlon Media. Trystan Sarcone serves as Hunt Scanlon’s manager, marketing & brand management and, in this capacity, he works across all aspects of the company’s media platforms. This includes supporting the marketing and sales division in coordinating client projects and interface including the development and dissemination of key marketing campaigns. Trystan also works closely with our social media group to help develop and build substantive content for hundreds of long-term firm clients. Rob serves as the official Moderator for all of Hunt Scanlon’s seven professional recruitment conferences including those for Private Equity, Hedge Funds, DE&I, Culture, AI/People Analytics, M&A and others. In this capacity Rob works exclusively with the conference and special events team where he helps to develop key elements of the events’ direction. In addition, Rob serves as Moderator for Hunt Scanlon’s “Talent Talks” podcasts; an annual series of productions in which Rob leads lengthy interviews and discussions with the company’s key executive search and corporate clients. A seasoned radio host and sports director with WGCH, Rob is a veteran sportscaster at athletic events in the tri-state region.
Mamun Khan
Mamun Khan is manager of research for Hunt Scanlon Media. In this role Mamun overseas all database research for the firm’s conference and special events unit.
