Tribridge Acquires Talent Management Company Intelladon

July 3, 2013 – Tribridge, a technology services firm specializing in business applications and cloud solutions, has acquired Tampa-based Intelladon, a talent management solutions consultant and integrator. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Intelladon’s solutions and strategic partnerships with talent management software providers will give Tribridge a foothold into the human capital management market and strengthen the firm’s cloud offerings.
