TheLadders.com Expands Board

February 21, 2010 – TheLadders.com, an online service for the $100K+ job market, has added Steven Cakebread to its board of directors. Mr. Cakebread is the former president and CFO of Salesforce.com. “Steven's extensive business and financial expertise will be a tremendous asset to our board,” said Marc Cenedella, founder and CEO of TheLadders.com. “His broad range of experience managing high growth companies will be invaluable as we continue to drive future expansion.” Mr. Cakebread formerly served as president and chief strategy officer at Salesforce.com, after serving as the company's CFO for six years. He also led the company through its initial public offering in 2004.
